Welcome to South Shropshire Homefinder
choice based lettings scheme
South Shropshire Homefinder is a choice based lettings scheme,
a new approach which gives you the opportunity to search for
a home of your choice.
The scheme works in a way that means you no longer have to wait
for an offer of accommodation that someone else thinks might
be suitable for you. Instead you actively search for a home
of your choice. You can do this online by accessing our website
or by looking in the Homefinder newsletter. Alternatively you
can call into your local housing office for details of available
homes to rent.
Almost anyone over the age of 16 can apply to join our scheme.
However by law certain people subject to immigration control
do not qualify for public sector housing.

side of this screen or by contacting the Association through your local housing office.
